Taco Dip Recipe
This taco dip recipe is easy to make and delicious. The first time I tried it at a party I asked the hostess for the recipe and I wasn't the only one. Serve it to your guests, but make sure you have copies of the recipe handy because people will be asking for it!
Taco Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 16 oz. can refried beans
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sliced black olives
- 2 Tblsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 roma tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup sliced green onions
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a pie plate or small casserole dish, spread the refried beans. In a mixer bowl combine the cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning and garlic. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the beans. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining ingredients over the top. Serve with tortilla chips.
