Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe
Although this spinach artichoke dip recipe is made in a crock pot, I have included it in the this section because it is one of my favorite appetizers. My husband and I order this dip almost every time we go to a restaurant. With this easy recipe, we can have our favorite dip at home any time we like.
This dip is very easy to make and can be kept warm in the crock pot and then transferred to a bowl just before serving.
Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed, well drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except cheese together in a crock pot. Top with cheese and cook on low heat for 1 1/2 hours. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers or pita bread.
