Potato Recipe

Here is a potato recipe that takes french fries to the next level.

In the same time that you can heat up that bag of frozen french fries, you could have this hearty and delicious alternative on the table.

Serve these potato wedges with anything from burgers to steaks and your friends and family will be asking for them every time.

Garlic Rosemary Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

  • 4 baking potatoes, washed
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. fresh rosemary, minced

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°.

Scrub the potatoes and pat them dry, leave the skin on and cut them in half lengthwise. Cut each half into three equal wedges. Arrange the potato wedges on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary. Toss around to coat well. Bake for 30 minutes, turning once during cooking.

No ketchup required.
