Peanut Butter Brownies

Ingredients:

• 1 cup peanut butter
• 6 Tblsp. butter
• ¾ cup packed brown sugar
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup flour
• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°.

Beat the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time. Slowly add the flour. Stir in ¾ cup of the chocolate chips.

Spread into a greased 9 X 13 baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove and immediately sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips all over the top. Let stand five minutes and then spread the melted chocolate chips to frost the brownies. Let cool completely and allow the frosting to harden before cutting.
