Moist Grilled Pork Chops
If you are looking for moist grilled pork chops, nothing is easier than this recipe. You don't even need a side dish because the vegetables are grilled inside the packets with the pork chops.
This recipe can be thrown together in minutes and it's on the table in less than half an hour. Perfect for that impromptu Summer gathering with friends or a quick family meal.
Pork Chop Pouches
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 green pepper, cut into 4 rings
- 1 small red onion, cut into 4 rings
- 4 fresh or canned pineapple rings
- 4 Tblsp. teriyaki sauce
- 4 pats of butter
Directions:
Place each pork chop on a square of aluminum foil, place a pepper ring, an onion ring, a pineapple ring, 1 Tblsp. of teriyaki sauce and 1 pat of butter on each pork chop. Wrap up the aluminum foil to make a packet.
Place each packet on the grill. Cover the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes. If you are using a gas grill, cook over medium-high heat.
Unfold the packets onto a plate and voila...dinner is served.
