Memo Organisation

I have tons of notes from what I´ve been reading in books or hearing in classes. It´s all written on Din A4 paper. Sometimes there is more than one subject on one page. That is my problem.

How can I manage it and get a view about all these sites (there are more than 100)

Thanks for answering
Sabine

Organizing Notes NEW
by: Tracy

It can be tough to keep notes organized as you are taking them, especially if you are listening to a lecture and you are trying to write quickly to get an idea down on paper before you forget, and before the speaker moves on to the next thing you want to write down.

Whether you are taking notes from books or an oral presentation, I recommend using note cards or index cards, rather than a notebook or paper.

When you take notes on paper, it is too easy for ideas to become lost in the shuffle. If you have notes regarding more than one topic on the same sheet of paper it can get disorganized quickly.

With note cards you simply jot down one idea per card and start with a fresh card for each new idea or note.

When the lecture or your reading time is over, simply take a few minutes to sort your note cards by subject. Use a small file box similar to what you would use to store recipe cards, or just clip the notes regarding each subject together.

When you are ready to use your notes for whatever purpose you have, they will already be categorized putting you one step closer toward turning all of those thoughts and ideas into a masterpiece.
