Apricot Glazed Ham Steaks
Ingredients:
- 1-2 lbs. ham steaks
- 1 Tblsp. butter
- ¼ cup apricot preserves
- 1/8 cup pineapple juice
- 1 Tblsp. Dijon mustard
Directions:
In a sauce pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the preserves, pineapple juice and mustard. Heat until preserves have melted and formed into a glaze. Brush ham steaks with glaze and place on the grill over medium-high heat. Grill 6 - 8 minutes per side, brushing with additional glaze as you cook.
