Grilled Lobster Tails
Ingredients:
- 1 Tblsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 lobster tails
Directions:
Preheat your grill on high.
Squeeze lemon juice into a mixing bowl. Slowly whisk in the olive oil. Whisk in the salt, paprika, white pepper and garlic powder.
Split the lobster tails, lengthwise, with a sharp knife, being careful not to cut through the shell. Brush the lobster meat with the marinade. Brush a small amount of the marinade on the grill grates to prevent sticking. Place the lobster tails, meat side down, on the grill.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning once during cooking and basting with marinade often. The lobster is done when the meat is opaque and firm to the touch.
