Savory Dunk Dip Recipe

This is a great dip recipe! I like to serve dips as appetizers because all I have to do is set them out with crackers, breads or veggies and let my guests munch at their leisure. Make this one and your guests will never leave the buffet!

Dips are better when they are prepared ahead of time, giving the flavors time to blend together. This one is no exception. You can serve it right away, but the flavors are much better the second day.

Savory Dunk

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • ¼ cup crumbled bleu cheese
  • 3 Tblsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Tblsp horseradish
  • ½ cup minced green onion

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 24 hours. Serve with crackers, breads or veggies (this is especially good with celery sticks).

You can also use any leftovers as a sandwich spread with turkey or ham. It makes a fantasic late-night Thanksgiving Day sandwich. Enjoy!
