Crock Pot Beef Stew Recipe

Beef stew is such a hearty meal to take you from Fall right through Winter. It is warm, delicious and filled with healthy vegetables. Serve this stew with slices of bread and butter so you can mop up every last drop of the delicious broth.
Beef Stew
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. stew beef
- ¼ cup flour
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1½ cups beef broth
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 4 carrots, peeled and diced
- 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
Directions:
Cut stew beef into bite size cubes. Place in crock pot. Season flour with salt and pepper and pour over meat cubes. Toss to coat well. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Cook on low heat for 10 to 12 hours. Remove bay leaf before serving.
