Beef Brisket Recipe
The smoky flavor that you get with this beef brisket recipe will have you wanting more. There are only five ingredients in this recipe so you can have this one cooking in less than ten minutes. Since you cook the brisket wrapped in foil, clean up is just as easy.
Beef Brisket
Ingredients:
- 3 to 4 lb. beef brisket
- ¼ cup liquid smoke
- ½ tsp. celery salt
- ½ tsp. garlic salt
- ½ tsp. onion powder
Directions:
Place the brisket on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Rub all over with all ingredients. Wrap the brisket tightly in the foil and place the entire package in your crock pot. Cook on low heat for 10 to 12 hours.
Add potatoes and carrots or your favorite green vegetable and you've got yourself a healthy, hearty meal you can be proud to serve to your friends and family.
