Chicken Pot Pie Casserole Ingredients:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Remove the skin from the chicken. Pull the meat from the bones in bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl, combine the chicken meat, gravy, peas and carrots, pearl onions and parsley. Mix well to combine. Pour the chicken and gravy mixture into a 10x13x2 inch casserole dish. Place the frozen biscuits on top in a single layer. Combine the egg with the water and beat lightly. Brush the top of each biscuit with the egg wash. Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes, until the tops of the biscuits are golden brown. Monthly Entertaining TipHoliday entertaining can be stressful, but it doesn't have to be.
